By booking a tour with SkyWalk Adventures, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Tours must be booked in advance through our website or by phone. Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a $30 fee. No refunds for no-shows.
Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by our guides. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with safety protocols.
SkyWalk Adventures is not liable for any damages beyond the cost of the tour, including injuries sustained during the activity, except where caused by our negligence.
